The mission of Hercules Properties, LLC is to carry on the legacy of its founder, John P. Baumann, Jr., by providing the same exemplary service through its employees’ best efforts to emulate John’s selfless, humorous, loyal and brilliant spirit.

Hercules Properties provides the highest quality of comfortable, affordable living spaces (rental houses, mountain cabins, beach condos) whether for a long-term home or a shorter-term vacation. We are primarily in the Tampa Bay area of Florida and Pigeon Forge, Tennessee (just a stone’s throw from Gatlinburg) but are rapidly expanding into other areas of the United States.
