Hercules Properties, LLC was founded in 2006 by John P. Baumann, Jr. John, an entrepreneur by nature, saw the need for affordable rental homes and vacation retreats and put a plan in place. In just a few short years, the company grew to include multiple rental properties, both residential and commercial, as well as several luxurious vacation homes. Although John passed away in 2011, his family continues to further his efforts in many ways, one of which is to build Hercules Properties, LLC, as he would have wanted.

Personal service is what set John apart from others and is what will continue to set Hercules Properties, LLC apart from other property management teams. We understand that home matters most and vacations are close to second. Both are needed to rejuvenate and revitalize your mind and spirit. We are grateful to have a hand in providing a piece of that to others.
